Community Siddur Project
I’m Ilan Elovitz, and I use he/him pronouns. I’m an undergrad at Carnegie Mellon Studying Studio Art. I’m going to be working with the Ratzon community to make a siddur (prayer book). I’m going to be using some handmade processes to make the siddur, and I hope to get the community involved in the design and making process. Hopefully it will create opportunities for the community to think deeply about prayer and liturgy, as well as doing some of the physical making. And Ratzon will also end up with a beautiful and unique set of siddurim to use in prayer for years to come.
